I will update this page every month with the major assignments and projects that will be worked on in class and at home.
This month, we will be working on reading project. Students are to check out a book from there Kindergarten Reading List. As a parent, make sure you read these stories with them. I will be reading these stories with students individually in class, but make you you read it with them as well. One day of class will be dedicated to presentations. Your child will:
bring the book with them to school.
dress up as a character in the book.
tell the class a short summary of the book
and tell the class why the liked/chose that book to present.
Presentations will take place October 10th. I will update this page as the date gets closer.
